Ingredients

  • 2 servings of yakisoba noodles (or egg noodles)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons yakisoba sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Start by cooking the yakisoba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced onion, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.
  4. Next, add the shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes until wilted.
