Ingredients
- 2 servings of yakisoba noodles (or egg noodles)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons yakisoba sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
- Start by cooking the yakisoba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
